Design was changed of Crafty Syntax Live Help chat to tailor it to the general style of loki.com.

One of main features for the new interface (in addition to new design and pictograms) was the removal of the big headline with the logo allowing for a more efficient use of the visible part of the page (double page).

When developing the interface we did our best to minimize graphics and provide for users a quick access to instruments, which are required at particular stages of task execution.

ITQuoter has been specifically designed to simplify and improve all functions of IT resellers: from fast pricing and sales management to monitoring and processing of the final order.

In addition to website development the service includes the system of task management, e-diary, meetings tracking and numerous other functionalities, which automate interaction with potential customers.
|
|
As a result an unusually convenient and attractive interface was developed. Customers, who used it for website content management, shared their high opinions about this intuitive and alluring program.
|
|
By coincidence, this interface has never been used in any project since the designer prepared a more attractive draft of the interface within a few days.
