What to do if I forgot my login and password?

Could I change my personal data and password?
Yes, of course. You could do it by clicking on the link with your user name in the upper part of Web Constructor interface.
Why can I not press on some icons/ buttons in the Web Constructor?
Because you are not fully authorized to do so. Web Constructor has a built-in flexible system of difference levels of user authorizations.
Why do I have only an editor-level and not administrator-level access?
To ensure security of your Website.  You can modify the information and content of your Website, but there is no risk of undeliberate modification in the Website structure.
I cannot see modifications I have made on my Website. What could be the reason?

There could be a few reasons:

  • You did not press the “Save” icon.
  • Your Internet service provider (ISP) displays old data and what you see is the pre-modified Website.
  • You might have edited an unpublished document. The Website is not supposed to display it anyway.
  • You might have not pressed the “Refresh” button in your Web browser.
